Ticket prices are based on the purchase of round-trip tickets.

Payment: Cash, Travelers Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, and Corporate Checks. No personal checks accepted. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Changes: After ticket is purchased, a $10 fee will be charged for any changes plus difference in applicable fare. Cancellations not made prior to flight or a NO SHOW will result in the passenger being charged the full one way fare and return segment cancelled. Tickets may be re-issued for a $25 fee plus any difference in fare.

NO SHOW will apply if passenger does not make changes 1 hour prior to flight time. Credit on unused portion of ticket is good 6 months only less a re-issue fee of $25.

Check-In Time Advisory:

St. Croix/St. Thomas Check-In (Flights Between US Virgin Islands)
Via Seaplane or AirShuttle
Check-In requirement for seaplane or airshuttle flights between the US Virgin Islands is 45 minutes prior to scheduled flight departure time.  Flights are closed for check-in 20 minutes prior to flight time.  Passengers who arrive after the 45 minute check in time may be placed on the stand-by list to wait for the next available flight time.

San Juan Check-In (Flights In or Out of San Juan, Puerto Rico)
Via AirShuttle
San Juan airshuttle flights are closed for check-in 1 hour prior to scheduled flight departure time.  To ensure on time departures, Seaborne Airlines requests that all passengers arrive well before the closing time of 1 hour prior.  Passengers who arrive right at or after the 1 hour flight closing time may be placed on the stand-by list to wait for the next available flight time.

These Check-In policies will be enforced as of January 31st, 2009.  We suggest you allow enough time in your plans for adequate Check-In.  We appreciate your cooperation with this Check-In policy.

This advisory is an amendment to currently published Seaborne Airlines schedules and flyers.  Our website reflects this change and our reservation staff is advising customers according to this current policy, effective January 31st, 2009.

Children: One child under two (2) years of age, not occupying a seat, will be carried free of charge when traveling with a customer over twelve (12) years of age, paying the applicable adult fare. Seaborne also offers children's fares for children ages two (2) to twelve (12).

Corporate Tickets: Seaborne Airlines offers discount tickets to Corporate Clients for Seaborne seaplane and airshuttle flights. To do so we require that a Company purchase 5 round-trip tickets in advance. Corporate tickets for Seaborne seaplane cannot be used on airshuttle flights. These tickets are valid for one year from date of issue and have the following benefits:

  • eligible for frequent flyer SeaMiles
  • quick and easy online reservations
  • 50 pounds of baggage allowance
  • no change fee
  • fully transferable to anyone
  • company name displayed on all tickets

Group Travel: You may qualify for a group discount if traveling with 8 or more persons. During business hours, please contact Joan London at ext. 31 or Angela Rivera at ext. 17.

General Guidelines:

FARES: While generous, our special fares are limited per flight. Some one way fares are based upon round trip purchase.  After these fares sell out normal fares will apply. St. Croix-St. Thomas $80 seaplane flights are available during off peak, weekends, and holidays but may also be available at other times. $99 Introductory fares are limited to 2 seats per flight and only available through our reservations line and are good through August 31, 2009 and may be booked through the end of June.  All fares but Full and Corporate must be purchased at time of booking and are not transferable or refundable. Changes are $10 per instance plus any change in fare. RESERVATIONS: San Juan Isla Grande operates as a supplemental service with availability during the morning/midday/afternoon/evening.  Please visit www.seaborneonline.com to arrange your travel or call 340-773-6442 or toll free 866-FLY-USVI. FEES: Change fees of $10 per instance plus any change in fare apply.  Passengers are allowed 30 lbs of baggage complementary with the lowest fares and 50 lbs with others.  Amounts in excess of this amount will be accessed a $1.25 per lb additional fee and will travel on a standby basis. Passengers who No Show their flight will be charged a $25 re-issue fee. LOCATIONS : St. Thomas flights utilize Cyril King Terminal, St. Croix flights utilize the Seaborne East Hangar located across from the Randall Doc James horse track, and San Juan supplemental flights utilize the Isla Grande Airport.
